The AZR‑0 Notation

Print

One of the most intriguing aspects of these illustrations of the AZR-0 robots is the notation surrounding the robots, and everyone in the office has weighed in on what they think it means. But no one is more fascinated with it than our own Head of Research, Ned Wazaowski, who has covered the office in charts. He has visited every department at the university to see if any of the research fields use a similar system, and has consulted everyone from linguists to secretaries (his current theory involves a resurgence of long-outdated shorthand). We're pretty confident that he'll eventually crack it - since there's nothing he loves more than a puzzle.

AZR-0

AZR-0 is the name of a species of robots from an illustrated journal purported to be part of a scientific survey of the remote planet AZR by robologist Verdie Z. Goodsey in the year 2378. While the origins of the journal have not yet been verified, the material nevertheless provides fascinating insights into the juncture of zoology and robotics.
